Alan made the home buying and selling process almost painless. He was easy to reach whenever we had a problem or concern and he was able to navigate us through some stressful situations with a professional and reassuring manner.We would most certainly use Alan Wood again, but he found us the most perfect house: we probably won't move again!

Alan helped us find a home in our price range in our desired area. We purchased our house 4 years ago and he was very helpful in helping us find a home that we could start our family in. His associate Allison handled the showings and negotiation process. Alan has also helped other family members purchase homes. A nice personal touch is that he takes the time to call us every year on the anniversary of purchasing our home.

Alan helped us with our first home purchase and he is now helping us with our sale and search for a new home. He has also helped many of my friends and family over the past almost 20 years, buy and sell homes. He does not simply get the deal done and move on, he in some ways becomes part of your family. Great realtor. Always there when we needed him and made the purchase of our first house smooth and easy. We worked with Alison and She helped us find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. Alan and his team helped us sell our home after it had been on the market for 6 months without a buyer. He also helped us find the bargain that we needed on our present home. Since 2000 Alan has helped me find and purchase 2 homes in Pittsford. Initially I contacted another realtor for help shopping in Pittsford. When I did not receive a response I sought Alan's advice and he was very helpful. Over the years he kept in touch by calling me and family members on our birthdays.
