I worked with Alan and his team to sell my old house and purchase my new house. During the entire process Alan and his team were engaging, collaborative, and responsive. It truly felt like a team experience. Since selling my house old and purchasing our new house Alan has remained in touch throughout the years. To share a quick story about the purchase of our new house... when we went to look at the house, my daughter and I were standing in the foyer. When I asked her what she thought... she replied, it feels like home.

Alan Wood is a great guy. He helped us with our first home purchase. When it was time to upgrade it was a no brainer. We called Alan. He sold our home in a month. He helped us with our next home purchase and when it's time to sell this home Alan will be our first call. He has a team of great people and he has all the connections you need to buy and sell your home. You can't go wrong choosing Alan Wood.

Our experience with Alan Wood was excellent. Our house sold before the first open house. Our family had seven listings with him, all with great results. I've worked with Alan on dozens of real estate transactions in the last twenty years, for my clients' as well as having him list my own personal residences.
