Alan and his team were very attentive to our needs and worked diligently to complete a sale in a very timely manner. He is energetic and trustworthy in his dealings. He helped us make sure the house was In a good status to sell. He even helped us locate a local moving company which was the best! Highly recommend him and his team.

Alan and his team were awesome. They we very responsive to our specific needs in our new house and never pressured us into buying. They we very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. We also used Alan to sell our house. He exceeded our expectations as our house sold fast and for more money than we expected.

I had an extremely positive experience in dealing with Alan. It was my first house purchase and I didn't know what to look for when it came to looking for problem areas in a perspective home. We were interested in one home and when touring it with Alan he pointed out that the basement foundation looked like it bowed out. We put a straight edge to it and sure enough, he was right! We (any maybe even an inspector) might not have caught that. 7 years later and I still recommend Alan to others if they are looking to buy/sell. ... read more
