Alan and his team are very detail oriented from the start of the buying or selling process to the closing. I first met Alan when buying a home in 2000. He was the selling agent for the property and I was very impressed by his knowledge and personality. I had Alan and his team represent me when I sold my home in 2013. Alan and his team will always remain my first choice of realtors.

I bought my first and second house with Alan Wood. Also Alan helped me to sell my first house and then worked on my second house that had a lot of issues with the seller but Allan solved it in nice and good way. Alan is very easy to reach and will respond as fast as he can in case he miss your call. I listed my home the previous year with a friend who was a high school buddy. Unfortunately, he wasted my time and money for a whole Summer. I met Alan through a friend who had used him and he came over immediately last Fall. I said we would be in touch in the Spring as soon as I returned from Florida where I go for the Winters. Highly recommend. Alan helped me buy my first home which I am still living in. I had a small budget and he took the time to meet with me and Allison showed me around to a bunch of houses. They knew exactly what I was looking for. I look forward to working with him and his team again when we upgrade to a bigger home in the future.

Alan and his team worked with us in finding a home that met our unique needs with never a complaint regardless of the many homes they had to show us. When it came time to sell, he gave us sound advice on what to do to make our home more attractive to buyers. I would say it worked as it sold in one day and due to Allison's negotiating skills, we wound up getting $5000 over asking price. Kristen was wonderful in all the follow up work required right up to closing. We can't thank them enough!

We had the opportunity to work with Alan when selling our property in Brighton, NY. Alan and his team were very attentive to our needs and worked diligently to complete a sale in a very timely manner. He is energetic and trustworthy in his dealings. He helped us make sure the house was In a good status to sell. He even helped us locate a local moving company which was the best! Highly recommend him and his team.
