coming from out of state, we needed local knowledge and experience. John met with us and showed us many houses to get a feel for our needs. He ultimately recommended the house we bought and i bought without ever having seen the house. He handled inspections and all local matters with ease. I have no higher praise to give than to say I bought a house with John I had never seen without reservation. when i closed and saw the house, it was everything i hoped for.
John was very knowledgeable and professional. John looked at many homes with us until we found one that we liked. I would recommend John to anyone buying or selling a house in the Rochester area.
