Bought a waverunner at the beginning of this year and they didn’t have the bunks on the trailer set right. Scratched the bottom of the hull. They adjusted the bunks because they new they were wrong. Tried to buff out the scratches but couldn’t get them out. They told me I would have to get it re gel coated. I talked to the owner and he basically said sorry. Then I told him I would never come back and he started to get a attitude with me. I guess from now on I will go elsewhere!!!!!

While the people are certainly friendly, they are not well organized nor are they thorough with the work they perform. We left our boat with them over the winter to be serviced/repaired, but found out once we took it home that the batteries were completely dead (they were not hooked up over the winter as they claimed), the trim fluid had leaked out and wasn't replaced, and the steering fluid was completely dry. I would think that basic good customer service would include making sure that the boat is truly ready for the water... read more

Recommended13 June, 2018 went to look at see doos, the staff was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. 15 June, went back and bought my daughters a 2018 sea doo and the whole transaction was top notice. Thank you to everyone there for the great experience.
