RecommendedWe spoke with multiple dealerships across the US this summer in search of a 2020 Yamaha boat to purchase with no luck. We live in north Alabama. Tim’s Ford was our place to stick with when the Yamaha 2021 lineup released. We preordered a 2021 Yamaha 252SE from them. From what we understand, dealerships were provided no information to begin with from Yamaha about estimated delivery dates of at least the 25’ lineup, and nothing specific for them to relay to their customers who preordered afterwards. the worst experience ever, drove 3 hours handed check and did paperwork. Had to wait 35 minutes to be shown boat. went to start nothing. they didn't know whats wrong. went back inside told them to just give my check back. they just gave it back, and ignored me, didn't try to make it right or said anything. yes they probably nice while taking your money, but let something go wrong . no knowledge and rude. stay away 2000 bayliner
