RecommendedThe folk’s at Tims Ford Powersports are great to work with. Met them at Huntsville boat show, and purchased a new SeaDoo. They worked with me to schedule pickup and walked through all the user needs. There was also a small manufacturing problem with the unit I picked up, and they worked quickly to solve the issue and get a fix. Really enjoyed the experience and fast and friendly to work with.

They are incapable of taking care of your investment. They had my boat for a month left it in the weather uncovered and have implied I never had a cover or that it was stolen at Tim’s Ford Marina. This is only the latest poor experience 😡😤. I love Bennington boats but I have not had a positive experience with service since the day I bought it. They are totally disorganized and if you have a problem they immediately start implying that you are the problem and that you’re lying. If I could give minus stars I would. Benn... read more

They have come to my dock numerous times to perform service calls “on-sight”, as well accommodate my busy schedule by picking up my toys when I cannot get them to the shop in a timely manner.
