Katelyn was amazing at guiding us through our home buying process. She made what could have been a stressful process easy. She was easy to work with and great at communicating! Dwight did an excellent job for us. I called him because he has an excellent reputation in Maryville for being very thorough, honest, and experienced. Our house sold in one week and I would highly recommend him to other people.

This is the second time I have worked with Sara. She sold my first home several years ago so I did not hesitate to call on her when I ready to buy another home. Sara was very helpful and eased my many concerns with her knowledge and experience of the area. Buying a home can be a stressful experience so having someone you trust matters a great deal. Dwight cares more about selling your home, than how much money he can make. Very knowledgeable about the local market. Offered extensive advise on what issues needed addressing, in order to improve the likelihood of offers. Extremely fast sale. Approximately 70 days from listing to closing.

Excellent experience! Katelyn really went to bat for us in a very tough market. We purchased our home remotely from out of state. Katelyn visited houses same-day and did video tours for us. We’re very thankful that we had Katelyn in our court.
