I couldn't have asked for more working with Sara and her team. Numerous times Andrew would follow up things after hours. There was even some small details in the property that we bought that made us nervous, but after Andrew called the seller's agent, everything was all cleared up. I would recommend Sara to anyone buying in the area.
We had three properties requiring a distinct type of buyer and Sara along with her team were able to list and sell our properties. Even in this “seller’s market” our properties were very distinctive allowing only a small margin of available buyers, but they were able to guide us through the negotiations very much to our favor and get us to contract and closing. Sara helped these “new to real estate” clients understand the process and gave us guidance on negotiations.
