We have worked with Dwight for 16 years. He is always professional, and his knowledge of the local areas is impressive. Dwight has extensive connections with various contractors and service providers. His recommendation of a painter resulted in the painter immediately meeting me at our condo we closed on that day. The next day the painter had 10 workers on site to paint the entire 3800 sq ft condo before furniture arrives next week. Very impressive
