Sold my house before we had another one lined up. Dwight and his staff were available anytime I needed to look at a property. If Dwight wasn't free personally, another member of his staff was. Helped find a house negotiate and close on it within a month of selling my first house.

I would highly recommend Dwight. He found renters for our home after we moved out until the time was right to sell. He then sold it for more than we expected to get out of it. He was always available for any questions we had and was willing to do any leg work needed.

He makes a complicated and nerve wracking process simple and friendly, and attends competently to every detail. Dwight sold my home in 1 day and at top of the market price when others were lingering for months! He also helped me buy that home and another prior to that, and in each case he made this seem so simple.
