had one week to clean out and set up a estate sale of items left in house after a the death of my a family member. i came from Washington state to do this.so with in the week we were able to have movers move item set up an estate sale clean out the house and show the house at the same time. we sold the house at a great price and i was able to do this from my home computer ,he has a program that shows you how many people have viewed the listing and you get appointments sent to your phone.any questions were answered that day.s... read more

Dwight and Sara were awesome!!!! They were very professional and they truly care about their clients. I had looked at two other houses; one didn't work out because of bank that owned the house was difficult. The other house I looked at was nice, but it didn't feel like it could be my "future" home. We told Dwight what we were interested in and the price range. He worked very hard to find the perfect place for us, it took a while. When that " perfect place" became available we were called immediately. He is very good at learning what his client's like. Dwight always makes us feel like he is our friend. In our book, he is the best.

We were difficult clients, changed our minds a lot, wanted to see more and more home, and eventuall picked a home that was the least profitable for Sara i.e. commission and she never tried to change our mind, never pouted, etc. She also is extremely knowledgable about the area real estate market, is very friendly, was always on time and the one time she was only 5 minutes late she called to let us know. Will definitely call on her again if we purchase/sell another home.

Sara was very helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She was very attentive and always answered our questions in a timely manner. We were so impressed with her, we listed property with her as well. I would definitely recommend Sara. She made a home buying experience a positive one.

The service we received from Dwight Price was excellent. He not only helped to guide us in pricing our home well, but also gave us good advice throughout the entire selling process. Dwight answered each question we had in a timely manner. Each agent in his office with whom we dealt was also knowledgeable and helpful.
