Sara was very professional and always was working hard to sell my house. I've had other Realtors and with them there was very little response to show my home. Sara had excellent pics taken of both the inside and outside areas and within 3 months had over 13 showings. She stay in constant contact and it was very important to me as a seller. She would definitely be my #1 hire if I was starting up a realtor group. She was very classy and very professional throughout the whole process.

I wish they had a higher rating then 5 stars because Sara Price is defintley a 10 star in our book!! She is very attentive to our every need even the crazy ones. She will walk through woods, climb hills and walk across scary bridges to get the job done. She is hands-on with anything that the buyer needs her to do. Dwight has helped me purchase two homes. He is incredibly professional and efficient, responds to my communication quickly and effectively, and is knowledgeable not only about the housing market but about home construction, including what it would cost to repair or replace certain features in a home. Sara represented us with the purchase of a lot, and felt Sara did an excellent job of representing us. She supplied us with a wealth of information to guide us on how to proceed. Specifically, she responded to questions immediately and with very detailed information, regardless of the time of day. We found her very easy to work with and always acted in a professional manner.

Dwight is the best! He is very knowledgeable and did a great job advising at what we should price our house at. It sold in less than two weeks! He also did an amazing job in negotiating the purchase of our new house. There is a reason his signs are everywhere! I HIGHLY recommend.
