Zero stars This is a terrible place to live. First, let's start with the spiders everywhere, all the time. They come and powerwash, which creates a puddle in your entryway, but the spiders come right back. Next, the cess pool in the middle of the property smells and unless there's an actual hurricane, they never turn off the squirting machine in the middle. No parking There is no monitoring of permit(sticker) parking. Lots are packed. Be prepared to walk 50-100 yards to your apartment if you work late or are home after 7pm(pray for no rain). Management does nothing to help and will likely delete this comment.

Only good thing is the size of the apartments Maintenace does not keep up with the property whatsoever. Property was never treated for bugs or spiders. Steps are not cleaned spiders and bugs everywhere to the point where a spider bit me on my face. Staff is mediocrely friendly. Huge black widow problem. Pool has been closed for almost 3 months. Gates are never working properly. When the gates are functioning, you need to put your window down in the rain to scan your fob. Would give 0 starts if possible.

Watch out! WARNING! At the end of the first year lease they are taking everyone to current rental rates which for myself and most of my neighbors is upwards of an additional $400+ per month! When I asked the office about this, their response was “we have a waiting list of people willing to pay it so that says we are in the right”. Basically, if you don’t pay it, the next person will.
