The Carlton of Fort Myers (Apartment and Property Tour) My husband and I met with leasing consultant Jossie. She was and is a breathe of fresh air. Her enthusiasm and pride for The Carlton of Fort Myers really shows through her. She answered all of our questions and concerns with explanations. Excellent All staff is wonderful, Rachel & Luisa are constantly communicating to the residents. I just wish everyone would listen - but sometimes you cant control your neighbors. Maintenance, Bevan and Jose are friendly and quick. Cant wait to renew our lease.
Beautiful inside and out! Units are beautiful open layouts, neighborhood is kept very clean, great amenities, management is kind and responsive. Overall it’s a great place to live!
Great Value Great Value for the price. Larger apartments than all the others in the area, at a lower competitive price. I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment, that is the same size as my 1 bedroom here- so spacious!
Overall it's ok The apartments are really nice and big. Maintenance is really great at getting whatever needs to get fixed or whatever done in a good time. It's annoying however that you pay a lot of money for a garage and you can't use it for just storage, like most people do. You have to be able to fit your car in it. You can't even have your bike on the patio. Very stupid. They don't have assigned parking so if you work late you have to park 3 buildings down at night time
So far it’s great! Loving living here so far - the maintenance staff are super friendly and helpful, and the office staff are very responsive to emails about issues at the property. I’ve had minor issues with trash pickup times and a couple of other things, and the office responded right away and got them fixed. I also like that, for the MOST part, the tenants pick up after their pets (this was a huge issue at the place I used to live and they never did anything about it). Wonderfully Surprised!! The complex has a charming appeal…Staff (Wendy) was most efficient and personable in assisting with the moving/renting process and the location provides convenience to outside amenities. I’m familiar w/ the Mahaffey establishment and they are very tenet focused in maintaining a clean and pleasant home environment. I highly recommend this complex!
Smooth Cross Country Move As someone who lived in MA getting info and exchanging emails with the staff at the Carlton was so easy! The only drawback was the final approval didn’t occur until a month prior, which normally would be fine but moving cross country made it hard to find movers. The apartments are clean and spacious and super pet friendly. The amenities are amazing, and the pool, dog park, and gym were a big draw for me.
