It has been nearly 3 weeks since we were informed that our rent would be skyrocketing. I reached back immediately with two major questions for Leah Clark. She has answered NEITHER of them and yet they demand things from us immediately. For a property management company, they sure are failing at managing the property.

Since we will be moving out soon, I'm making a review of Stones River Property Management and letting people know to not rent from them. We moved into this home in Shelbyville on November 8th of last year. Turn and run away! We lost $6k dollars and are homeless with 3 kids and 2 ESA dogs because of their lies and neglect of the property! Mold and mildew, cat urine , holes , floors curled up with so much nasty underneath. Run away please don’t let them do to you what they did to us.
