RecommendedWe needed to get into a rental very quickly and Karen made it happen. She has been a delight to work with. In addition to being very prompt in her responses, there was no hesitation to answer any of the multiple questions we had. The whole application and move-in process was very fast and easy. The office staff is very friendly as well. We are happy with the decision to use Stones River Property Management for the next 12 months.

RecommendedI rented from them four years ago. They were very easy to work with. The move out went very well. I only paid for 4 bulbs and the clean. Received the rest of my deposit back. Highly recommend!
I do not recommend Stones River Rental. They do not care about the longevity of their renters they only care about money. They make you pay for your own repairs they won’t do any upgrades to the homes, etc. They are also not friendly and not easy to work with, I would definitely go with another company.
