"I'm not sure how the company has 5 star rating. The..." I'm not sure how the company has 5 star rating. The employee and owner are aggressive and issues with my vehicle. Justin and Kevin would deflect me on a issue and not follow up appropriately and timingly on my order. I had the owner involved and was in poor practice as a resolution on the outcome of my vehicle. Again overall shocked on their rating vs my experience.

"title" we purchased our vehicle on 5/20 and as of today 7/19 we still do not have a title or our registration. i reached out to the dealership and was told they will look into and something to do with our vehicle originally being titled in NJ. I also reached out to PENDOT and they have no record of our transaction or that the vehicle is registered / titled in PA.

"Straight forward, no pressure sale." Sale process went fine. Our mechanic is too far away for a pre purchase inspection. So, we will know how we did at two hundred thousand miles.

"Was sold an unsafe car" Immediately after purchasing a car noticed a troubling shake at highway speeds. Immediately took to a dealership who found irreparable tire damage and fix-a-flat in the tire. Needless to say, this makes vehicles unsafe to drive. Brett Shoulder claimed it was the buyers responsibility to find this flaw. Very disappointing. Bob(we will keep your real name a secret I guess?) Bob was referred to us from a broker who inspected the car before Bob drove up from the North Carolina. Bob was buying an $80k specialty Maserati that we had. When Bob arrived to pick up the car it was experiencing and electrical issue. "Stereotypical used car dealer" I went into this with two questions would I buy a car from the internet and would a buy a car from Sky Motors. My conclusion, I bought a used car from a used car dealer. Don't let the high end cars fool you into thinking that they are any different than the car dealer down the street. Where is the button for the “UNFAIR CUSTOMER”? Customer picked up vehicle at our location and admittingly left with the car before mentioning an issue that he was not satisfied with on the car. Customer waited until he got home to send me a threatening email suggesting bad internet feedback if his issue is not resolved. The issue being a couple scratches on the door that are easily resolved. "What car dealer doesn't negotiate? Waste of time " Travelled over an hour to see one of the vehicles listed for sale here. Liked the vehicle, but the people there refused to negotiate, EVEN THOUGH I HAD CASH IN HAND. Just seems greedy to me, as the vehicle was overpriced according to Kelly Blue Book AND other similar listings. The vehicle obviously had a problem too, as the check engine light was on. As the ol saying goes, a bird in hand is worth TWO in the bush.
