"An Excellent Buying Experience" Justin Spoont handled the deal with extreme professionalism. I must say of the 20+ New and used vehicles I’ve purchased in the last 35 years, this purchase was the most enjoyable. Justin had all the paperwork ready and the deal was done in only 1/2 an hour. Fantastic!

"Everything you want" Buying a car from Ed at Sky Motors was like being a car off a friend. He had no issue explaining his business model, to sell quality cars at rock bottom prices to turn them over quickly to push volume over a hard profit margin. I called and spoke with the owner, told him I had seen a particular car on Ebay; and we had a lengthy conversation about a car.... and based upon this discussion soon thereafter made the Purchase through Ebay and gave the required deposit. I immediately called the dealership and told them I would make the 8 hour drive to pick up the car, would pay via Bank Check or Wire, whichever method they chose, within 2 business days. There are 3 sides to every story and here is the truth. Mr. Violett wanted to purchase the car through EBay, but wanted the protection that it brought with it as the reason why we offer our inventory on that platform. Unfortunatly he wanted a “hybrid” transaction that didn’t coincide with our standard operating procedure, so he became mad, then belligerent. I inquired about an Aston Martin from cars. com and a "Kevin Reese" responded - asking what he could do for me (even though I put my questions in the cars.com inquiry form). I emailed him my questions and he said to call him or give him a number to call us. He would not respond to the questions on email (not putting them in writing puts us on guard). Called him at 2:33pm - he said he was with another client and he did not have anyone else there so he would call us back in 10 minutes. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM.

Not an honest dealership. Purchased vehicle there . Didn’t even mention there was no second key . Went to check vehicle at the mechanic they recommended which turned out to be disastrous. Do not recommend purchasing from them

Seemed genuine at first. After purchasing a vehicle that culminated in a claim with the consumer protection act at the Office of the Attorney General, and exchanging further rapport, I am positive I shall never wish to communicate with Sky Motors or their employees again.

Unfortunately customer never contacted us about any of his issues. We go out of our way to help when we KNOW about an issue. The first we heard about any issues was a complaint to the Attorney General. Customer was also offered an extended warranty that they did not opt to purchase. 8 months and 8000 miles after purchase of As-is car. What is the responsibility of the customer?
