The people at Rockhill are immensely kind and really care about my pet's health. They are prompt in responding to appointment requests and are clear in exactly what they intend to do while you're there. Wonderful people.
Eric was fabulous. Iris have been in a catfight, and has a number of puncture wound and appears to be in pain. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to come into rock Hill pet clinic to pick up the medication that she needs. He offered to drive it out to my place of work, since he lives in the area. Above and beyond customer service… I was really touched and grateful.
