Great vet I appreciate how the vet is always answering any questions that we might have. And I also like how clean the office is.
My family is new to the area and we found Rockhill with an internet search. They had mostly positive reviews (4.7) so we decided to give them a try. The tech that greeted me at the door was incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, that’s where our pleasant experience ended. The tech that came in to chat and get previous history was friendly enough, however, she just kept on “suggesting”...
This was not a good visit. We usually see Dr. Stewart, who is WONDERFUL, but this time we saw a different doctor, who was quite rude and brusque. There was a new vet tech who was obviously still in training, and the doctor was extremely rude to her during our visit.
