Ann did an amazing Job in helping us find a home. We were remote most of the time however she helped create videos or video conferenced with us while touring the homes. She went over the top in the closing process by negotiating a time after hours with the closing agent. She also was helpful in providing additional support after the closing. We have more than an agent in Stillwater, we have a friend!

Dolores and Tiffany have outstanding knowledge of the industry and understanding of the area. Theses ladies are professional while making you feel like a friend. We moved from the area and they took care of everything for us in the care and sale of our home. We came to Ann with the house we were already interested in. That was the relatively easy part. She was the third realtor we had dealt with so we were worried, but she walked us through the hard parts with grace, good humor, and expertise. All of our questions, worries, needs, both before and after our closing, she was there for us. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat, she bent over backwards to make it as easy as humanly possible. If we ever sell our house, or buy another, she will be the first person we go to. Even though we have closed on our house, i will always consider myself to already have a realtor. She's kind, knowledgeable and smart. You cannot go wrong with Ann Morgan, she is everything we were looking for in a Realtor.

Amy is fantastic! She was so helpful and supportive during a very stressful time for our family. She helped us declutter our house to prepare it for listing (and we got multiple offers--in 2 days!!), as well as facilitating everything necessary to buy a new house. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I would highly recommend Amy for either buying or selling.
