I have known Amy since I relocated to Stillwater in 2014. When she started selling houses, I knew she would eventually be my realtor. It was our genuine pleasure to search our dream home with Amy. As a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions on almost everything at almost every steps. Amy was very kind, knowledgeable and ,more than anything else, extremely responsive. We had to pause our search for a while due to the pandemic. We were linked with Ann by chance through Zillow and it was an absolute miracle! At the start we looked at a few houses and were ultimately outbid. Then, we found a house that we really liked that was SBO and she gave us so much advice. We are first time buyers and practically clueless when it comes to negotiating on our own without a realtor. I wish I could give Ann Morgan more stars If I could!! She is an angel on Earth. We have now used her to buy and sell our first home and purchase our second. She went above and beyond!
