The appointment was on time. They did take precautions. Anyhow, one of the tools to finish up my cleaning was not working despite of many people trying to get it fix. However, the hygienist decided I didn’t need that specific part of my cleaning and I am still have to pay full price. I was disappointed because other times I had had great cleanings. Not sure if I’ll be back.
Dr Barnes and his team were wonderful. They explained every step of the process and followed up to make sure I was doing okay.
