I came in as an emergency and I was seen right away. I must say that staff is AWESOME, Doctor was polite, good listener, gentle and I felt , very caring . Would recommend highly. I went in VERY upset and with everything going on now with Coronavirus I was feeling anxiety but the office was clean, everybody had masks /gloves on and constantly wiping down everything...they quickly had me calm and I felt very well taken care of.
My experience wasn't great, though the people I dealt with were. The xray machine wasn't working, so four slices down to have to see what ended up being a cause for a root canal. Have not had another word from Dr. Barnes' office, nor Dr. Palo's office, so I have no idea where this goes from here. I was asked about an antibiotic, and wasn't clear on what was asked, so thankfully my pharmacist knew that I was allergic to penicyllin so what was called in had to be changed. Basically, just a frustrating visit.
Everything was done professionally. My only suggestion would be to spend a few minutes going over where does the patient go from here as well the sheet of paper I was given.
