I had an appt and admit, I “plumb” forgot about it—for whatever reason, I failed to put it in my phone. I called to reschedule assuming there would be some kind of missed appt fee. The girl that answered couldn’t even find me in their computer at first. She told me there would be a charge of $140 for the first appt and NONE of it would be applied to the rescheduled one.
