I had an appt and admit, I “plumb” forgot about it—for whatever reason, I failed to put it in my phone. I called to reschedule assuming there would be some kind of missed appt fee. The girl that answered couldn’t even find me in their computer at first. She told me there would be a charge of $140 for the first appt and NONE of it would be applied to the rescheduled one. I was charged 160 $ for them to tear my house up and do nothing. I called to ask them to come back because the bathroom wasnt working right after they have been there and they told me they r too busy and they would call me back. would not recommend at all.
They are scam artists who do not fix the issues you call them for, charge ridiculous amounts for work they did not do and then won't call back when you ask to discuss the bill with them.
