Dave and I were lucky enough to be invited to the soft opening of Pedro del Este tonight. Let's just say they are going to have a line out the door. The ambiance is wonderful, warm, inviting, comfortable. Our reservation was for 6:45. We were seated at 6:47. The menu is small plates and craft cocktails. The atmosphere and food are amazing! It's even cooler knowing that many local artists helped to create such a great vibe. Tuna ceviche, roasted cauliflower, coconut cake --- DELICIOUS. Our crew HIGHLY recommends Pedro's.
