RecommendedIt was terrific! The food and drinks were amazing, especially the ahi, which was our favorite small plate. The ambiance was wonderful. We will be back!!
Where to start... Ok, GinTonic.. so good, refreshing, it will be a summer hit! The ceviche was to die for, saffron roasted cauliflower, sooo good! The atmosphere just makes you want to stay all night! Thank you Pete, Laura, Susie, and Luke for making this a reality! So proud to be a part of this... xo

Dave and I were lucky enough to be invited to the soft opening of Pedro del Este tonight. Let's just say they are going to have a line out the door. The ambiance is wonderful, warm, inviting, comfortable. Our reservation was for 6:45. We were seated at 6:47. The menu is small plates and craft cocktails. What a wonderful new place! It's a must if you are in Hudson.. Great local artists work displayed, very good food and of course the service was incredible.. Thanks Pedro's del Este.. We will be back.
