A terrific new addition to Hudson. Open less than a week, you folks are executing well. Great flavor profiles, knowledgeable staff, and friendly atmosphere. We got there right away at 4:00 on a Wednesday and within a hour, the place was nicely full. Nice vibe but not too loud. Food - Had the olives and cauliflower. Both good. Cauliflower was tepid, which was fine but if it was supposed to be hot, might want to watch that. Then empanadas and chicken skewers. Sauces were amazing. What a pleasantly surprising little gem in Hudson! I didn't expect it to be so spacious but I DID expect the food to be top notch...which of course it was. They offer really fun yet approachable craft cocktails and Chef Hannah was extremely helpful and candidly informative about their delicious food choices for us! It was so great that we came back twice in one evening! Can't wait to come back with more friends!
The tapas menu allows you to try many things. Food and service was amazing- keep up the great work!
Excellent service with fantastic food and cocktails in a gorgeous, cozy atmosphere...What more can a girl ask for? We tried the ceviche and empanadas and can't wait to go back. (Note to Pedro: Never, ever take those empanadas off the menu!)
