LeRae Redal helped make the process for selling my home basically effortless. I never even had to go to the city where I wanted to sell the home. LeRae really came through for me when I needed some help regarding a property value assessment that wasn't involved in the sale. It was really nice of her to go out of her way to help me out. Would definitely recommend her.

An absolute pleasure to work with! LeRae was available basically anytime (including a couple of 9:30PM calls). She worked very hard to help me find exactly what I wanted in my price range and made sure that all of my interests were protected and that I was getting everything I needed and wanted.

I came from Spokane to look at a different house, one LeRae had listed, but it wasn't what I wanted. We asked her about one we had seen in the same area and right away she got permission to show it to us. So, she worked with us with the other realtor and I think it was just 3 weeks time and I was signing the papers. Really appreciated all she did to be of help.

LeRae is amazing. Everything from showing you the homes to helping you with your lender. She made herself available at all times to answer any questions that I had and made the whole process easier for me. I would not hesitate to work with LeRae again and would recommend her to anyone.

We had a great buying experience with Lerae. She took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and didn't waste our time by showing us a bunch of properties that didn't fit the criteria. With very few to choose from she was very patient and we never felt any pressure to buy something that didn't fit. When the right one became available Leray's knowledge and experience was extremely valuable in negotiations and a smooth closing process.

We were told that LeRae was the number one realtor in the Moses Lake area. When we decided to list our property we chose LaRae over our current realtor. We dropped in to her office without an appointment and she was glad to take time to see us. She came to our home that same day to get pictures and discuss pricing and listing the property. We had high expectations and she met them. We were told that she was the best in Moses Lake so we went to her office. She saw us immediately and we listed our house. It was sold in two weeks. We were afraid it might take two years! Even though she was busy with other clients, we always got responses and answers fast. We never felt she was too busy to do a good job for us.
