LeRae responded to a request to look at a home for sale. She kept helping me work through delays and other issues that happen with a home purchase. She responded within minutes to texts, etc. When I finally closed, I felt she was as happy with the outcome as I was.

LERae gave great selling ideas. Researched and compared house prices, for selling prices. The house offer was done within a good timeframe, but problems with the lenders. Lerae helped I that navigation process after everything was done everything came out successfully
Overall I was happy that I chose to have Lerae as my listing agent and would recommend her to others. There were times I was less than totally comfortable about her representing both the buyer and myself, but the process went quick and smooth, my goals were met, and she was patient with me when I was overly concerned about how things were going.
LeRae was very accommodating and helpful, she always seemed very knowledgable. It was a relief to my husband and myself that she was very experienced in being able to get work orders taken care of in order to reach our closing date.
We were probably her longest home search ever. After a few things didn't work out she helped us with rentals till we finally could get in the home we wanted. After numerous showing's we found our home, but it was unavailable at the time so after a few other showings we decided to wait and put in an offer.
