I cannot recommend LeRae enough! She managed our rental property for over 6 years and then sold our home for us. We were living across the country for the whole time! She is honest and very competent. She is a real professional.

No pressure, was happy to help with all requests we made and found a home 4 us that had come off the market but took the time to call the past real estate company to see if the seller was still interested. Or wad the house were were looking for.

She knows Moses Lake ,Washigton.When I told her what I waned she tried to show me new ideas and understood what I was looking for.If I ever move again she will be the first person I call.The BEST realtor I have met.If I could give her 1000stars ,I would. I highly recommend her.She knows her stuff.

She helped us buy a home in 2002. Showed us 20 or so homes in one day at our request, was very patient and never made us feel rushed to be done for the day.So we called her again when it was time to sell that home. Her response to questions and requests are quick. It's just nice to work with someone who is knowledgeable and pleasant.

LeRae has helped me buy and sell the house that I just sold. She helped me with the decisions that I made in selling the house and the best way to do my transactions that would be in my best interest. I have learned a lot about doing things over the internet concerning documents and emails that helped a lot by not having to drive a long distance to get things done. LeRae is by far a great Realtor to have when you are buying a house. She does all of her research and knows her facts. If you have any questions she is there to answer them. She is also great when responding and helping with all your needs. Through our process of buying our house she became a great friend to have!

LeRae has been in real estate for a long time and she knows Moses Lake very well. She also knows all the people in town. You can use her knowledge to find the house you want. She also knows how to take good care of her clients and negotiate for you with the seller's agent. She is a very busy lady with many clients , so sometime you can not get hold of her right away. However, she will always get back to you as soon as she can.
