I interviewed 5 Real Estate Agents. Two of the agents gave me very high estimates of the value of my house. I eliminated these agents because I knew that these high estimates were designed to suck me in. Two other agents were trying to sell me "house staging" services. "You need to stage your house in order to maximize the selling price." That wasn't what I wanted to do.
