Margo was a tremendous asset in helping us sell our home under incredibly challenging circumstances. We needed to move very quickly and not only was she instrumental in getting three offers within the first 60 days (including the eventual purchaser) but singlehandly enabled us to close on a short sale with 9 days notice post approval, over Christmas week!
