We have worked with Margo for over 17 years. She has sold two homes and a condo for us. Margo's greatest strength is her knowledge of the market in terms of what people are looking for and proper pricing. We valued her advice through our last sale in the winter of 2017. Margo worked hard trying to sell the home to people she knew were interested in the neighborhood. She made sure we got the price we wanted. We would use her again but have moved out the county so that will not be possible.
