The sales process was low pressure, transparent, and detailed. I received excellent guidance and professional input from Kelly W*** as I chose design selections for my new home that would be cohesive and attractive. She kept in mind my descriptions of what I hoped to achieve and suggested options to consider and pricing that was reasonable to me and found products which she brought from their samples for me to see which I had not thought about, sometimes less expensive options.
