Purchased home 6/2016. At the 1 yr we had major ceiling cracking. Their fix was to fill and paint over. Cracks returned with a vengeance. They say it’s our responsibility as a result of settling. When we first took possession, my husband fell into a sink hole. They filled with dirt and put some sod over. I must agree VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! We purchased our home 5 years ago and it has been one problem after another. They built it with cheap materials as well , like you the turn around time was great but the quality is very poor. The cabinet beside the stove had started peeling, the company who installed came and stated the cabinets were cheap and I explained to him they were from their company.
