Where to begin.. We purchased a house last year and got everything insured through State Farm. After a while they dropped our house coverage so we went to G****. State farm was to send out a ESCROW check so we could pay it back in but they sent it to the wrong address and it was cashed. After trying to get this rectified we were basically told not my problem. So now I'm stuck fitting the 1500$ bill alone.

Scammers, offering additional insurance as endorsements and when try to file a claim they come up with a bunch of obstacles. Stay away from this garbage.

Terrible absolutely terrible. Had a pipe burst in my house water coming through the ceiling into the 1st floor messed up the walls, ceilings, carpeting, bathroom vanity, bathroom floor. All they can offer is $5,000 which doesn’t even cover the cost of the carpet. I HIGHLY recommend everyone and anyone to stay far away from Statefarm for homeowners insurance. Absolutely trash!!!!! They clearly do not take into consideration inflation and how the prices have sky rocket of everything and anything since covid.

My experience with State Farm has been horrible. I’ve not had an accident and work from home but each month my auto insurance has gone from $134, then next month $140, and now it’s July and it is $180. There was no disclosure about using some app to get a reduction and we should not be forced to use some product that tracts our movement. Horrible establishment. I recently moved to Virginia and set up my coverage. My first monthly bill was low as expected. My second monthly bill was doubled. Somehow State Farm added an RV to my coverage. How could this happen as I never owned an RV in my life. I’m still waiting for the reimbursement check. The third monthly bill was still high, therefore I canceled my policy. I am not going to saleries for Jake and Chris ****.

I was a customer for 40 years. I took lots of pictures of our accident but I could not convince the claims adjuster that the other person was speeding. Then they said our vehicle was previously damaged and wouldn’t pay all the damages. My agent was useless, so is claims adjuster

Won't approve any houses for hail damage in ********. Evidence is clear with holes and state farm would say its all mechanical meaning it happened naturally or by homeowners mistakes what a joke! Don't get snake farm

No polite State Farm agents in A******. They overlook that you have paid for your monthly auto insurance coverage.
