State Farm is RIDICULOUS! They sent my claims check to me and made it out to myself AND my leasing company. I went to the repair shop once my car was ready and the owner could not give me my car due to the check being made out to the leasing company. He advised that this should not have been done and I would have to have it signed by the car dealership. The dealership would not sign the check, claiming they had no business with this process. Terrible insurance company...was hit by person with state farm. Person was written ticket and admitted fault. Keith Gates in ***** ***** ***** ***** ******is the agent. I have to have my insurance pay to fix my truck and wait months in order to get my deductible back. Dont let state farm do this to you. Keith Gates has given me the run around for 3 weeks. My insurer (Progressive) contacted them to state that I wasn't insured at the time & they've sent Bell Subrogation to harass me anyway. It is your client's fault for obstructing traffic & they need to pay for their repair!! I will file a lawsuit if you or Bell contact me again!!
My State Farm agent has been unresponsive and staff have not provided accurate information and I am sorely disappointed. My teenage son received his drivers license and is regularly driving on of cars, so I wanted to get him added to our coverage. The agent told us it would be cheaper to sign him up for auto coverage and life insurance rather than just auto insurance, so we did. Terrible company. Always looking for loop holds to get out of paying claims. In a period of 20 years State Farm denied at least 4 claims I submitted that were legit. Secondly I invested close to twenty thousand dollars in State Farm's Mutual Funds. After ten years I needed some of that money, The agent/broker refused the transaction and broke all rules of the securities exchange commission (Mark Shafer State Farm Columbus, Ohio) I finally ended up hiring an attorney to get my own money back.
