This company does not care about the consumer. They will cherry pick verbiage in their policy while ignoring full paragraphs. The reps they send out to determine the damage are only trained to deny the claim and are rewarded for doing so. This company needs to be sued for Insurance fraud and needs to be shut down.
BEWARE of StateFarm! I agree with all the “negative” comments here as well as other sites! They have an average 1.9% customer rating on several sites I’ve searched and NOW I know why! As soon as we had a severe accident that was DEEMED NOT our fault by the police AND StateFarm, we now found out they are dropping us! The sick thing is they get ALL their money back from the at fault drivers insurance…yet they decided WE were “too risky” ?! Was hit by a driver arrested for dui and driving without a valid drivers license. Due to minimal coverage by liable party I had to file a claim with State Farm, my insurance provider. It has been 6 weeks since my accident. My vehicle is so new State Farm wants to repair it and not total loss the claim. I reported a claim to State Farm on 9/23/2022. Today is 10/10/22 and I still have not heard from State Farm. I would say they are lacking in customer service, but there has been no service at all! I'll give them another day and then I will see if the ** Insurance Commissioner can get them moving.
Been with State Farm for 5 years and never had a issue with with Receiving my bill till last year when they was changing book and agents I never got my bill form them last year when I was working on the road they told me I should have updated my address when I was on the road I had no insurance for 6 months then they want to change you a arm and a leg to get new insurance
I have been fighting with them for over a week to get the paperwork to sign off on getting my settlement after their driver totalled my car. Every time they told me the paperwork was on the way, I never received it. Now that I have received and sent back, I am still waiting on my settlement. I need that to get my new car. A woman who works at the Margy Gray office in *******, ** ran into the drivers side of my car in a parking lot while I was not moving in May of 2022. She seemed very nice and said she misjudged the amount of space and said she’d report it when she got to work. THAT WAS FAR FROM THE TRUTH. Worst Home owners insurance in the country, buyers beware. Super nice people but that doesnt protect you from jack ****. Got wind and hail damage all over my roof and they ignore the hail damage and only want to pay around $1500 for the wind damage. They must be hiring out of the school for the blind. Do yourself a favor before you trust these frauds with your investment, the proof is in the reviews. If you already have them start shopping!!!

They cancel my discount after they told me that discount is active I don’t need to do anything raising my auto insurance up by 50-$60 the customer service I talk to today laughing about it acting like it’s a funny joke how would she feel if her insurance went up $50-$60 for no reason making starting over from scratch on that discount program they can apply that full discount if they wanted to and get my bills back to where it was but they trying to scam for for eXtra $$ that type of behavior is telling your customer to chang... read more
