Im disappointed in this company. I'm writing a complaint on behalf my spouse & myself. My spouse is an ordained minister & over an entire church, gym, fellowship hall, cemetery, & all church property. He is also maintenance. His time is very valuable. He is already over loaded & extremely busy. We both feel like State farm is punishing us, because on September 29th, one of their customers lost control of his vehicle, ran through our yard into the church's yard & crashed into our church sign. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! THE COMPANY LIES, CHEATS, AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH AND THEN WILL DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR LYING POWERS TO NOT PAY YOUR CLAIM! STATE FARM, DID YOU TAKE LESSONS FROM ****** ******!? IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT HE DID TO ALL THE PEOPLE HE CLAIMED TO CARE ABOUT AND WOULD TAKE CARE OF THEM. STATE FARMS SOUND JUST LIKE HIM! I read through some of the recent reviews (Oct 2022) and I totally agree with their bad experience with State Farm. I recently had a small accident with my automobile, I called the 800 number (which had automatic wait times of 45 minutes) to file a claim and I thought that everything was being handled by State Farm. I ended up having to call back 2-3 times on the same day (spent about 3 hours being on the phone with them) to clear up that I did not need towing and only need to setup the repair shop. I dropped State Farm after we had a frivolous lawsuit about our property filed. The agent said send us the information and we will have our attorneys handle. They DID NOT SHOW UP TO COURT????? Frivolous lawsuit that became a $15,000 bench judgement for them not showing. State Farm paid then wanted to raise our rates. They are absolutely a Bad Faith Company. This company is the poster child of corporate greed. Pay us, we don’t pay you when you have a loss. Like a bad neighbor, State Farm is not there…. BEWARE

State Farm is a fraud! State Farm will lie, postpone, or do anything to avoid paying your claim. My son had an accident with a State Farm customer that only has liability insurance. Called State Farm to make the claim. State Farm asked for the police report to establish responsibilities. Sent the police report stating State Farm customer fault. Paul shouldn’t be in business. He employees can’t do their job and he wants to yell and scream I did a ****** review. He was a told child. If his company can’t handle questions or adding vehicles then please close your business!!

State farm is misleading. Don't get towing added and don't have ANY accidents and you'll be ok. We added roadside assistance thinking they would have our back when our older cars broke down. No one warned us that if we actually used it that they w3ould drop us. No warnings and they didn't even offer to up our monthly bill just a big slap in the face when they drop you. The reason they are dropping us: "too many roadside toes." BTW, we had 6 total in 3 years. I would've used any of the other 3 options I had with my manufactur... read more

After speaking with a different state farm agent, they informed me that Diane is full of it and she lied to me about the insurance coverage. She has some major mental problems and began stalking me and denying to give me a quote while misrepresenting State Farm Insurance. A more reliable and professional agent simply asked me to send a Declaration Page of my current insurance so he can give me a quote.
