Judi is a good listener and knows so much about that business that she can explain in detail what would make a successful transaction. In addition, Unlike many agents she adjusted quickly to the unique market!! She is patient and stays positive through the process making us feel encouraged! She is so pleasant and easy to work with that before you know it your dream becomes reality!!

Judi is the best! She was very patient, helpful, and attentive to our needs as buyers. It was very important to us and she looked out for our best interest. She made sure we were happy with the home ultimately got and we did not settle on a home we were not really happy with. We made a lot of offers and was accepted for a total of four homes. Judi is a gem! She is very knowledgeable in the area I was seeking a property. I learned a lot. Although Judi is a very busy agent , she is well organized and has excellent follow up skills. Very hardworking and a truly genuine person!

We found Judi via a google online search "Best Realtors in Bradenton/Sarasota". We live in Texas so much of this was done long distance. As showings were scheduled our son and daughter-in-law joined Judi for them and we were able to be part of the walk thrus via WhatsApp or FaceTime. I have dealt with many realtors over the years in many different states, And my experience with Judi was a welcome breath of fresh air.
