I would rate Jason as an excellent real estate agent. I worked with Jason remotely to purchase a villa in Bradenton, as I was then living in Virginia. I made one trip to Florida and Jason took me around to view properties. I did not find one to my satisfaction during my visit and thereafter Jason would send me prospective properties.
