In 2021, the year of the craziest market in recorded history (or so it seems) just as we were about to give up on finding anything that wasn't going for 40 to 50,00 over asking, Judi Taulbee negotiated a deal. Our deal, against a cash offer. We beat out the other offer, thanks to Judi's masterful understanding of deal-making, for 30,000 less than asking! In this market. Wow. We love our new (to us) house.
