We were on a time frame to sell our house, Judi sold it under the time frame and within asking price. She makes herself available for her clients and lets them know they are a priority to her,. She is very knowledgeable about the market , I would highly recommend her if you are selling or buying.

If you really want the house, she WILL achieve it for you!! Judi never stops trying and pushes through on your behalf! We had a lot of ups and downs buying our house and Judi stuck by us through the whole ordeal!

I somehow got very lucky and Judi answered my Zillow inquiry for a house I was looking at. She was absolutely amazing! She had us in to see the house the very next day (on a holiday weekend!!!) and helped us put an offer and negotiate a final deal. She was very professional, very quick to respond to all correspondence, and made the home buying process as easy as possible! I took a huge chance and used Zillow's referral for a realtor. Judi has a ton of experience and walked me and my family from the first house we saw, all the way to the day I was signing for my new home. She has many contacts in the area for services and was such a great fit for us. We had specific needs with specific ideas and she delivered! I met Judi In Sarasota, at the time I was about 2 years away from relocating to Florida. Walking away I was thinking she was a Nice person. To My Surprise Judi started sending me houses to look at through E Mail, never overwhelming me or pushing me. Every once in a While she would check in.
