Judi's aggressiveness and concern for details was over the top. Our property needed some attention to get the best offers. She had the foresight and knowledge to know what the market would bring, and how to get our property to the point where it would get 100% of our expectation. There's a reason why she sells among the highest in our area. It's because she is the best! I was so grateful to have her on my side and guiding us every step of the way.

To sum it up quickly - Judi is Awesome! She helped us to find the perfect house, didn't waste our time showing properties that did not fit our criteria. She has helped us all the way through closing. Very professional, pleasant and an expert in her field! It would be hard to find someone willing to work as hard for you to find your perfect home as Judi will.

Judi is very professional. She had my condo sold within three weeks of listing. She stayed in touch along the way with the title info. She helped negotiate a good offer. She even drove me to settlement. I wasn't feeling well that day and she went above and beyond to help me get to the closing. She is great. You want her on your side when buying or selling your home. The process with her is so easy and professional,you can call Judi anytime and she responds immediately with any questions and concerns as her follow up and guidance through the process is fantastic.
