OMG. I cannot say enough positive things about Judi!! We were tentative on buying in the Sarasota market until we understood the area a bit better (from NY). Judi was the selling agent on a home we were interested in. While we were looking at that home she was scouring the MSL listing for similar homes. I think we saw 7 that night....on the fly. Judi is very knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend her should you need to find or list your home. I came down to the Parrish area from Iowa and needed to find a home in less than 48 hours and she did her homework to put together several homes that met my needs. Within 4 hours of touring homes and several neighborhoods we found our home.

We made a long distance move from Atlanta to Fort Myers and had to depend on Judi to handle many of the details for us. She went above and beyond for us. She was always ready to answer any questions that we had, even if she had to go find the answer for us. She negotiated a great price and made sure repairs were done on our home prior to closing. We could not have asked for a better advocate or a better agent!!

From our first contact, until the completion of the property purchase; Judi has been helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She has steered us in useful directions, and at the same time, steered us away from questionable properties. Being new to the general area, her guidance has been highly effective. Judy was great from the time we were looking for houses on the market to the time when we decided to build our own home. She was the only realtor that helped us actually search for a home as many other realtors in the area give up if you don’t buy the first 5 homes they show you.
