I have purchased 3 properties and sold 4 properties with Jan she has been great to work with. She has great knowledge of the market, and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Jan to anyone that is buying or selling property.
Jan listened to exactly what we were looking for—a second home in Southwest Michigan around a small lake. She picked out 4 or 5 homes/cottages and then included a couple log homes. We found our dream log home and immediate put in an offer thru Jan. Jan worked with us efficiently while we were in our primary home in TX. She carried the ball for us and we closed within 30 days and we were thrilled. Now 8+ years later we are thrilled to enjoy our log home in the woods with a small lake just a stones throw away!

Jan was a great realtor! I was looking for a lakehouse and coming in from out of town on the weekends. She was beyond accommodating to my schedule and after looking at a few houses, she knew my taste and found me the perfect home. After I purchased the home, she followed up with me to see how I was enjoying it. A great person and a great realtor. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
